Our Founder

Myra Surratt, a native of DeValls Bluff, Arkansas, received the vision of establishing Greater Works, Inc., in September 2001. As a person of great faith she guides the vision of this organization to build a bridge between our communities various needs and the resources to support them with a special emphasis on seniors and youth. The primary objective of the organization is to develop and maintain a bond within the community that will not be broken. The companies primary objective is to construct multi-purpose facilities which incorporate early learning, senior/pre-senior recreation, fitness and other programs.

     A graduate of Arkansas State University, Jonesboro, Arkansas, with a    BS in Communications (Radio/Television), Myra has spent most of her life working as    a humanitarian and focusing on the welfare of others.
